Beschreibung
Koreanisch gilt als eine so genannte "isolierte" Sprache, das heißt sie zeigt keine nachweisbare Verwandtschaft mit anderen Sprachen, auch nicht mit "geographisch nahen" wie etwa dem Chinesischen. "Isoliert" bedeutet jedoch nicht "unbekannt": insgesamt beherrschen weltweit knapp 80 Millionen Menschen eine Form des Koreanischen als Herkunftssprache. In den letzten Jahren hat sich in den westlichen Ländern ein zunehmendes Interesse an Aspekten der koreanischen Kultur - z.B. Popmusik und Film - entwickelt.
Die koreanische Schrift ist für Nicht-Koreaner*innen etwas leichter zu erlernen als die anderer asiatischer Sprachen, da sie nicht auf Schriftzeichen, sondern auf einem Alphabet mit 24 Grundbuchstaben (und einigen Erweiterungen) basiert.
Es gibt am Sprachenzentrum der Universität Osnabrück vier Koreanisch-Kurse, die aufeinander aufbauen. Sie bieten den Studierenden die Gelegenheit, Grundkenntnisse der koreanischen Sprache zu erwerben und eine solide Basis für die weitere Entwicklung zu legen.
Themen und Fertigkeiten in Kurs 3
- Vorstellung: sich vorstellen, über Wochenendroutinen erzählen
- Hobbys: über Hobbys und Verein sprechen
- Erlebnis: über Erlebnisse sprechen, auffordern und ablehnen
- Klamotten: shoppen, Sachen austauschen
- Reisen: Reiseziele empfehlen, Reiseinformationen sammeln, ein Flugticket reservieren
- Paketversand: ein Paket verschicken bei der Post, Geldwechseln bei der Bank
- Wegbeschreibung: um eine Wegbeschreibung bitten, einen Weg beschreiben
- Gefühle: Gefühle ausdrücken, Mitgefühl zeigen, Probleme erklären
- Information: per Telefon oder Internet eine Frage stellen und Informationen sammeln
