Beschreibung
In this course, we are going to analyze the effects of international trade on national economies based on different trade theories. Additionally, we will study the welfare effects of tariffs and factor endowments on trade and growth with the special focus on strategic trade policy. The current implementation of different trade policies is also the subject of the lecture.
This course will be taught in English.
Not compatible with the module [WIWI-B-16001-EC:] International Economic Policy B I (International Trade Policy and International Finance).
Students can get credit for this course ONLY if they have NOT yet taken a course from the module [WIWI-B-16001-EC:] International Economic Policy B I (International Trade Policy and International Finance) with 10 ECTS or the module WIWI-B-03202-EC: Economics B II International Trade Policy with 5 ECTS!
