Diversitätsbewusst Handeln im universitären Arbeitsalltag

Dieser Kurs bietet einen Einstieg in das Themenfeld Diversität, speziell für universitäre Gleichstellungsakteur*innen. Was ist unter Diversität zu verstehen und wo liegen im akademischen Arbeitsalltag in der Verwaltung, der Lehre und Forschung Herausforderungen und Chancen diversitätssensiblen Handelns. Wie können wir unsere Diversitätskompetenz erweitern und dies auch anderen Mitarbeiter*innen und Akteur*innen im Kontext Universität weitergeben?
Aufbauend auf Grundlagen zum handlungssicheren Umgang mit Diversität im Arbeitsalltag werden an Beispiel des Bereichs der geschlechtlichen Vielfalt konkrete Alltagssituationen in den Blick genommen, z.B. häufige „Fettnäpfchen“ in der Kommunikation.
Die Kursleitung führt dabei beispielhaft in die Lebensrealitäten sogenannter Minderheiten ein und gibt praktische Tipps für einen respektvollen, unbefangenen Umgang miteinander. Alle Fragen und Unsicherheiten zum Thema können in einem fehlerfreundlichen Lehr- und Lernraum geklärt werden. Der Kurs setzt insgesamt Impulse für die Weiterentwicklung eines geschlechterinklusiven Arbeitsalltags und gibt Tools, sowie Tipps und Tricks für den Arbeitsalltag in Verwaltung, Lehre und Forschung an die Hand.
Lernziele:
• Überblick zum Themenkomplex Diversität
• Kenntnisse über Begriffe und die Unterschiede verschiedener Gruppe und deren Alltagserfahrungen/ Bedarfen
• Methoden und Tools für einen kompetenten Umgang im Kontakt mit verschiedenen Vielfaltsdimensionen im universitären Alltag
• (Weiter-) Entwicklung einer diversiätsbewussten Haltung
Stichworte für die Teilnahmebescheinigungen:
• Klärung wichtiger Begriffe im Themenfeld Diversität
• Grundverständnis von verschiedenen Lebensrealitäten und Alltagserfahrungen an der Universität
• Handlungssicherheit und praktische Kenntnisse zur Inklusion von Vielfalt im Arbeitskontext
• Anregungen für die Weiterentwicklung einer (geschlechter)inkludierenden Haltung
• Impulse zur Umsetzung von inkludierenden Elementen in der eigenen Arbeit
• Selbstreflexion über eigene Grundannahmen zu Diversität
Workshopleitung:
Né Fink hat einen M.A. in Gender & Ethnicity und ist systemischer Berater und Trainer für Diversity mit einem Schwerpunkt auf geschlechtlicher Vielfalt. Dey (Pronomen) hat zwei Jahre lang das Projekt „Unterstützung von trans* Studierenden“ an der Georg-August-Universität Göttingen koordiniert. Né beschäftigt sich seit 20 Jahren mit dem Themenfeld Antidiskriminierung, Diskriminierungsprävention und Teilhabe. Durch Beratungsgespräche mit verschiedenen marginalisierten Gruppen hat dey Einbli-cke in die Situation von diversen Studierenden und Mitarbeiter*innen bekommen. Ehrenamtlich en-gagiert sich Né Fink in der Trans*- und Angehörigen-Beratung in Göttingen.
