Introduction to International Arbitration
This lecture is open to international and German students. as well as the participants of the Vis Moot 2024. It will be held in English, but questions and comments in German are just as welcome.
All necessary texts (arbitration treaties, Book 10 of the German Court of Civil Procedure, rules of arbitration) will be uploaded for print.
Semester. Grundkenntnisse der ZPO (Erkenntnisverfahren) sind wünschenswert.
