Resilienz lässt sich mit seelischer Widerstandskraft übersetzen. Es ist die Fähigkeit, sich trotz widriger Lebensumstände gesund zu entwickeln, konstruktiv mit Belastungen umzugehen oder auch traumatische Erlebnisse nicht nur zu überstehen, sondern sogar an ihnen zu wachsen.
Resilienz ist also eine existentielle Kompetenz, die zu erlernen und zu nutzen auch für Studierende wichtig ist. Besonders in Zeiten mit steigenden Anforderungen und Veränderungen, wie wir sie heutzutage erleben, ist diese innere Stärke entscheidend.
Das Resilienztraining zielt darauf ab, die eigene momentane Krisenkompetenz einzuschätzen und sie zu stärken. Dafür stehen vor allem die Aktivierung innerer und äußerer Ressourcen und der Erwerb von Bewältigungsstrategien für den Alltag und das Studium im Mittelpunkt des Trainings.
Sie erhalten durch das Resilienztraining die Möglichkeit:
- Bewältigungsstrategien bei Hindernissen im Alltag und im Studium anzuwenden
- Wege zu mehr Akzeptanz von widrigen Umständen zu finden
- Ihre inneren und äußeren Ressourcen zu erkennen und diese für sich zu nutzen
- mehr Einfluss auf Ihre berufliche und persönliche Zukunft zu nehmen
- die direkte Verbindung zwischen Resilienz und körperlichem und seelischem Wohlbefinden zu erkennen und darauf Einfluss zu nehmen
Das Seminar ist für Sie geeignet, wenn Sie:
- aktiver und bewusster durch den Tag gehen wollen
- konstruktive Gedanken fördern und destruktive ausschalten wollen
- innere Gelassenheit gewinnen wollen
- sich selbst besser kennenlernen und sich auf Selbstreflexion einlassen möchten
Ablauf
1. Termin 11.04.2024, 14:00 - 17:00 Uhr: Kennenlernen/ Vorstellung der Resilienzfaktoren/Zieldefinition/ Zukunftsplanung
2. Termin, 18.04.2024, 14:00 - 17:00 Uhr: Optimismus/ Akzeptanz
3. Termin, 16.05.2024, 14:00 - 17:00 Uhr: Lösungsorientiertes Denken/ Rollenverhalten/ Opferrolle verlassen
4. Termin, 23.05.2024, 14:00 - 17:00 Uhr: Verantwortung übernehmen/ Netzwerkorientierung/ Abschluss
Zwischen den Sitzungen werden Aufgaben im Tandem bearbeitet und in einem Reflexionstagebuch festgehalten.
Wichtig: Das Training soll Ihnen helfen, sich und Ihre Ressourcen besser kennenzulernen und zu verstehen, damit der studentische Alltag entspannter gestaltet werden kann. Es ersetzt an keiner Stelle eine professionelle Therapie durch z. B. Psycholog*innen.
