"Der moderne Arbeitsplatz ist digital, papierarm oder sogar gänzlich papierlos!“ Das ist zwar schnell gesagt, aber in der Praxis oft nicht so schnell zu erreichen und aufgeräumt bzw. schlank sieht das oft auch nicht aus. Wir benötigen einfache Lösungen, die rasch umsetzbar sind.
Jörg Reimann unterstützt im Rahmen seiner Trainertätigkeit Teams und Unternehmen dabei, die eigenen Büroprozesse zu verschlanken und zu vereinfachen. Im etwa fünfzehnminütigen Vortrag stellt er die Möglichkeiten eines schlanken Büros vor und erklärt, was es heißt LEAN (= schlank) und digital zu arbeiten. Im anschließenden fünfzehnminütigen Zeitfenster ist Platz für Fragen.
