Inhalt der Veranstaltung:
Die Vorlesung ist für die Erstsemester konzipiert, eignet sich aber auch zur methodischen Wiederholung für fortgeschrittene Hörer.
Sie vermittelt einen allgemeinen Überblick über die verschiedenen Regelungsinhalte und die Struktur des BGB und nimmt dabei auch das Zivilprozessrecht mit in den Blick. Zudem werden Bezüge zum Europäischen Recht hergestellt, das tiefgreifend in das Zivilrecht hineinreicht.
