2.2/3.3 Agile Methoden in der Hochschullehre (Hochschuldidaktische Qualifizierung: Modul 2, Baustein 2 oder Modul 3, Wahlbereich)

Dieser Workshop unterstützt Lehrende in der effizienten Steuerung von Lehr- und
Forschungsprozessen.
Agilität in der Lehre unterstützt spezifisch die Selbstbestimmung und Eigenverantwortung
von Studierenden und erlaubt individualisiertes Lernen bei gleichzeitiger Förderung von Teamfähigkeit
und Selbstverantwortung. Das Novum des agilen Ansatzes liegt in einer erheblichen Zeit- und
Energieersparnis für Dozierende. Die ursprünglich aus der Softwarenentwicklung stammende
Methodik agiler Ansätze wird auf den Kontext der universitären Lehrsituation übertragen und
an die individuellen Bedarfe der Teilnehmenden angepasst. Die Techniken lassen sich auch in
der Projektsteuerung einsetzen, werden in diesem Workshop aber hauptsächlich auf die
universitäre Lehre bezogen.
Inhaltlich bietet der Workshop einen Einblick in ausgewählte agile Methoden, Tools und Frameworks,
die vorgestellt und so eingeübt werden, dass alle Teilnehmenden sie nach Abschluss direkt einsetzen können.
Zahlreiche Beispiele aus der Anwendung in Universität und Praxis runden den Workshop ab. Gerne
werden auch Fallbeispiele aus dem Erfahrungskontext der Teilnehmenden aufgenommen und
veranschaulichend in das agile Setting übertragen.
Neben drei synchronen Online-Terminen umfasst der Workshop auch Selbstlernphasen (ca. 4-6 h).
Arbeitsmaterial und Aufgaben dafür werden zur Verfügung gestellt.
Zudem besteht während und auch nach Kurs-Ende ein offenes Kontaktangebot für Teilnehmende.

Zur Referentin:
Dr. Katharina Lehmann ist in Wissenschaft und Praxis als Beraterin für agile Transformation, digitale
Verantwortung und nachhaltige Prozessinnovation tätig. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Begleitung von
Hochschulen im Bereich agiler Lehrentwicklung.
In Trainings für Hochschullehrende vermittelt sie agile Methoden und Frameworks so, dass die
Teilnehmenden die jeweils passende Methode für sich kennenlernen, üben und einsetzen können,
um insgesamt effizienter zu arbeiten. Das Effizienzverständnis liegt hier nicht nur auf
Zeitersparnis, sondern auch einem individuellen Zufriedenheitsgewinn im Kontext
von Lehre und Forschung.
Dieser Workshop ist als Modulbaustein 2.2/3.3 für das Zertifikat »Hochschuldidaktische
Qualifizierung« und damit für das Landeszertifikat Hochschullehre Niedersachsen»« anrechenbar.
